Newsletters are distributed quarterly by neighborhood volunteers within the first two weeks of March, June, September and December. If you would like to volunteer to distribute newsletters and flyers on your street, please contact MJ Denis, the Street Rep Coordinator. Read past issues of the quarterly Round Rock Ranch Recorder below as they become available to find out more about our neighborhood.

Submit an Article

The Communications Committee is always searching for interesting articles for the newsletter. What are you an expert in? Write an article on home or lawn maintenance or anything else you are interested in and knowledgeable about. Feel free to submit an idea for an article too. Newsletters published quarterly, during the first week of Dec., Mar., June and Sept. The deadline to submit an article is on the 15th of the month prior to a newsletter coming out. One week before newsletter items are due, a sign will be placed at the entrance of the subdivision. Please contact our newsletter editor, to submit an article to the newsletter.

Place an Ad

Do you own or manage a business in or around the 78665 zip code that our residents would like to know about? Consider advertising your business in our newsletter. Our quarterly, full-color HOA newsletter is a cost-effective way for you to reach potential customers near you. For the same price or less than a black and white ad you can advertise in full-color. The Round Rock Ranch neighborhood is 700 homes strong. It is located in the 78665 zip code off Gattis School Road between A.W. Grimes and Red Bud. Newsletters are posted on our website, with all ads, to reach a larger audience at no extra charge.

Newsletters are published quarterly, during the first week of December, March, June and September. The deadline to submit an article is three weeks prior to the newsletter coming out. Email your ad design in a .jpg format or mail in a camera-ready copy of your ad to be scanned. Contact our advertising Representative for more details.
