Newsletters

Newsletters are produced by PEEL, Inc. for the benefit of Round Rock Ranch Residents on a monthly basis.  Anyone can submit an article for review by sending an email to editor@roundrockranch.com.  Please attach your document as a .txt, .rtf  or MS Word file as pdf's cannot be accepted by PEEL.

Anyone interested in submitting an article for inclusion is asked to do so by the 2nd day of the month so that it can be included in the following month's newsletter.  While the publisher will do their best to get all articles submitted to them by their deadline, they may not be able to user all the articles.  If your article is not used, you will need to resubmit it for inclusion in the following month's newsletter.

Though we will keep an archive of newsletters on our site, at any time residents can go to Peel, Inc's website to view past issues as well as to change your preference of email delivery by requesting an electronic only copy.  This is referred to as their "Go Green" option.

Submit an Article

Articles can be submitted one of two ways.  First you can email editor@roundrockranch.com and they will get it directly.  The second way is to use Peel, Inc.'s web submission tool.  Both will send an email to the RRR editor for inclusion in the next newsletter. 

Ads are now handled through Peel, Inc.  You can contact their advertising Representative for more details.  The price sheet for the neighborhood can be found here.  Previous "Neighborhood Showcase" ads can ONLY be placed by emailing the editor at editor@roundrockranch.com and the showcase can be located here.
