We now have a new Property Management Company - Certified Management of Austin (CMA).

A recent mailing went out introducing them to our community. Confusion over payments made for October and, in some cases November, has been observed. If you remitted your October (or even November) payment to PS, the payment information will be properly posted in CMA's system after PS has had a chance to close October's books and forward all data to CMA. You may call CMA with any questions at 339-6962. We welcome them as our new partners.
