The Enclave at Round Rock Ranch

The Homes that are in the Enclave subdivision belong to a sub-association known as Round Rock Ranch Phase 1 PUD No 13 Homeowner's Association.  But that is so long so around here we just call it the Enclave HOA.  The sub-Association is responsible for the gate operations (codes, remotes, time of operation, repairs) and everything inside of those gates (landscaping, infrastructure, enforcement of restrictions, etc.).
