Round Rock Ranch Restrictive Covenant Summary The following summarizes the most commonly referenced items from our covenant. This summary does not replace or supercede the original covenant documentation. In the event of a discrepancy, the original covenant documentation is the governing reference.
2.02 Any new or altered building, fence, wall, or other structure needs written approval by at least: Section 1: one (1) member Section 2: two (2) members
of the Architectural Control committee.
Article Three Exterior Maintenance If an owner does not maintain the premises in a neat and orderly manner, the Homeowners Association can hire someone to repair, maintain, and restore the Lot and exterior of the buildings and any other improvements erected thereon, at the expense of the owner.
4.06 No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any Lot, nor shall anything be thereon which may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.
4.07 No
shall be permitted to remain on any lot at any time.
4.08 No signs of any character shall be allowed on any lot, except a sign of not more than five feet square advertising the property for sale or rent.
4.10 No garbage or waste shall be kept except in sanitary containers. All trash cans shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition
4.14 (for Section 2): 4.15 (for Section 1): Sight Distance at Intersections: No hedges or shrubs above three feet on street corners. Trees which block the street intersection sightlines are not permitted.
