A: Yes, the Board reviewed three proposals and personally interviewed
two companies before making the determination to select PS
Q: Why did the Board choose to go out for bid of management services?
A: It is good business practice to periodically re-evaluate
contractors. Real Managed had served as the HOA management company for
the last few years and it was time to re-bid to assure the HOA was
getting the best service for its money.
Q: What will change for the resident?
A: 1. A management company located in Round Rock for easy access.
2. Ability to personally drop off assessment check
3. Simplified budget and accounting system
Q: Will there be change in deed restrictions?
A: No, the deed restrictions you received as a new homeowner are still
in effect. PS will drive through the neighborhood X times per month
noting any outstanding deed violations and will send the homeowner
written notice.

A: December 1st 2007, although PS Property has been helping us, even
before the transfer of duties, in finalizing the budget for 2008 and

November 30th 2009

Q: Who do I send the 2008 assessments
A: You will receive a letter with information on who to send and how
to pay your assessments for 2008 in the near future. PS Property has
open an account with CABank and will be getting account information
towards the end of the year or beginning of next year.

Q: Will my account number for RealManage stay the same
A: No, the account numbers will change so please wait until you
receive your booklet, it will contain your new account number.
Q: I already sent my payment for December 2007, where is my money?
A: If your assessment posted to RealManage before Nov 25th you
assessment has been transfer to PS Property automatically, if it
posted after the 25th of November you will need to contact RealManage
and ask for a refund of your December assessment and send the payment
for the December assessment to PS Property
Q: Will we receive coupons with the new information
A: Yes, PS Property will be sending coupons in late December or early January
Q: I need to get a reimbursement from RealManage, will I incur late
fees if I'm late on December because I sent my money to RealManage
A: No, there will be no late fees for December if this is the case

Q: When are the assessments due
A: The first day of every month, as always
Q: When is my payment consider late and accrue late charges
A: On the 11th of the month your payment is consider late.
Q: I forgot to mail my payment for this month and is due tomorrow and
I don't want to pay late fees, what do I do?
A: you can take your check to PS office personally *before the 11th*
(not on the 11th), they will credit your account that day and you will
not incur late fees.
Q: Will we have an option to pay all 2008 assessments in one payment
A: Yes, you can send your payment with the first coupon of your
booklet, when you receive it late December or early January
Q: Do we need to print coupon booklets even if I pay electronically
A: Yes, we need to ensure everyone knows they need to pay assessments
to the association, printing and mailing coupons is the best way to do
this, plus it adds the flexibility of changing to check payment
instead of electronic payment at any time.
Q: I haven't received my coupon book and it is close to the deadline
for the January 2008 assessment, who do I send my assessment to
