Architectural Control Committee Guidelines and Form

To better serve your neighborhood and assist you in enhancing the image and the property values of Round Rock Ranch, the Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”) has drawn together some general guidelines addressing the most commonly asked questions regarding Deed Restrictions as they pertain to ACC issues. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (the “Deed Restrictions”) for Round Rock Ranch specifies that all improvements must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee before construction begins. To assist in your compliance with this restriction, please complete the ACC form and submit it with your plans and specifications for any proposed improvement.
